How To Make Chocolate Fondue


Here is an easy way of making chocolate fondue yet it truly yields the remarkably delicious flavor. Then, there will be several similar recipes here; each is a little different but still easy to make even by those who’s never made any before. And the most important thing is it stays delicious.   



With this chocolate fondue recipe, you’ll frequently be making chocolate your dessert in every desired moment. Make this chocolate fondue a reputably romantic dessert that is wonderful for your family.



Ingredients:
  •  800 grams of sweet chocolate bar
  • 1/3 glass  of whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons of brandy or Amaretto almond (optional) or substituted with extra cream

Directions:
  1. Preheat a saucepan or the microwave, set it on medium.
  2. Cut up the chocolate bar with a knife with a serrated edge.
  3. Put the cut-up chocolate and the whipping cream into the saucepan or microwave; keep the heat to medium to melt the chocolate.
  4. Heat the chocolate for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove the pan and mix it thoroughly; a blender can be used.
  6. Add brandy or amaretto. If you don’t want to use liquor, you can add 3 tablespoons of extra cream.
  7. Pour the mixture into glasses while it is still warm and it is ready to serve.

  • 2 cups (1 - 1,2 kg packets) semi-sweet chocolate chips or 1,2 kg small chocolate cut-ups
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
  1. Set the stove to medium heat
  2. In a saucepan, mix all ingredients: chocolate cut-ups/chips, condensed milk, butter, dan vanilla extract.
  3. Stir on and keep the heat to medium until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.
  4. When done and the chocolate looks glossy, remove the fondue mixture into glasses
  5. The chocolate is done and ready to serve.


Ingredients:
  • 100-400 grams sweet chocolate cookies, cut them up
  •  400 grams semi sweet chocolate, chop up
  • 2/3 cup cream or milk
  • 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 tsp crystallized instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur

Directions:
1.  In a saucepan, put in all ingredients: chocolate, cream, sugar, and coffee.
2.      Heat the pan on low and stir the ingredients until it melts and is smooth.
3.      Pour the smooth mixture into a cocholate fondue glass and serve hot.
