Hot chocolat recipe for 4 persons:
Ingredients:
800 mililiter fresh cow milk
10 cm cinnamon
2 tbsp cocoa powder
40 grams dark cooking chocolate
For the topping:
Whipped cream
Cocoa powder

Directions of how to make hot chocolate drink:

1. Cut up the dark cooking chocolate on a cutting board using a knife with a serrated edge for easy cutting.


2. In a pan, boil the milk and cinnamon. Put in the dark cooking chocolate cut-ups and cocoa powder.



3. keep stirring the mixture in the pan until the chocolate melts and dissolves completely with the mixture. If you see black spots spreading in the mixture, they are the unmelted chocolate cut-ups. This means you have to keep on stirring until they dissolve.

 
4. have ready some glasses, turn off the stove, and remove the pan of hot chocolate. Then, using a strainer, pour the chocolate liquid into the glasses.



5. decorate the chocolate with the topping while it’s hot. You can also use any other topping to your taste as decoration, such as mint leaves, cinnamon, or whipped cream.

How To Make Chocolate Mousse



You can try the following chocolate mousse recipe for a dessert at home with your family. It is so easy and practical that everyone can make it for sure, especially for you who are fond of cooking experiment and trying new things for you daily menu. Shortly speaking, Chocolate mousse can be made using the following ingredients.



Ingredients needed tomake chocolate mousse:


  • 200 grams of dark chocolate/cooking chocolate
  • 120 ml warm water
  • 3 eggs; separate each of their yolks
  • 40 grams of confectioner’s sugar
  • whipped cream (optional)



Directions:



  1. Boil some water in a pan.
  2. While waiting for the water to boil, cut up the chocolate. For easy cutting, use a knife with fine tooth for cutting bread.
  3. Put the cut-up chocolate into a heat-resistant bowl, and add the water from the ingredients above into the bowl.
  4. When the water in the pan boils, set the stove to low heat.
  5. Place the heat-resistant bowl containing chocolate cut-ups and water on top of the boiling water. 
  6. Keep the boiling water from getting into the bowl and the bowl from touching the pan walls.
  7. Let the chocolate start to melt until thoroughly smooth, usually for approximately 6 minutes.
  8. Remove the bowl from the boiling water.
  9. Beat the molten chocolate using a mixer until the chocolate looks glossy.
  10. Set it aside to get warm.


 11.  Add the egg yolks into the chocolate, stir well.
 12.    In a separate bowl, beat the white part of the eggs using a mixer until it’s foamy and stiff.
 13.  Put in the sugar and mix well.
 14.  Pour the egg white mixture into the chocolate bowl, mix well.
 15.  Pour the chocolate mousse into 6 glasses, and let it cool in the freezer for 2 hours.
 16.   The chocolate mousse is ready to serve.

Ingredients:
  •  800 grams of sweet chocolate bar
  • 1/3 glass  of whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons of brandy or Amaretto almond (optional) or substituted with extra cream

Directions:
  1. Preheat a saucepan or the microwave, set it on medium.
  2. Cut up the chocolate bar with a knife with a serrated edge.
  3. Put the cut-up chocolate and the whipping cream into the saucepan or microwave; keep the heat to medium to melt the chocolate.
  4. Heat the chocolate for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove the pan and mix it thoroughly; a blender can be used.
  6. Add brandy or amaretto. If you don’t want to use liquor, you can add 3 tablespoons of extra cream.
  7. Pour the mixture into glasses while it is still warm and it is ready to serve.

  • 2 cups (1 - 1,2 kg packets) semi-sweet chocolate chips or 1,2 kg small chocolate cut-ups
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
  1. Set the stove to medium heat
  2. In a saucepan, mix all ingredients: chocolate cut-ups/chips, condensed milk, butter, dan vanilla extract.
  3. Stir on and keep the heat to medium until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.
  4. When done and the chocolate looks glossy, remove the fondue mixture into glasses
  5. The chocolate is done and ready to serve.


Ingredients:
  • 100-400 grams sweet chocolate cookies, cut them up
  •  400 grams semi sweet chocolate, chop up
  • 2/3 cup cream or milk
  • 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 tsp crystallized instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur

Directions:
1.  In a saucepan, put in all ingredients: chocolate, cream, sugar, and coffee.
2.      Heat the pan on low and stir the ingredients until it melts and is smooth.
3.      Pour the smooth mixture into a cocholate fondue glass and serve hot.
